The Corolla Civic Association (CCA) was formed in 2011 to represent the interests of all property owners, residents, businesses and visitors on the Currituck Outer Banks (COBX). There are more than 4,000 homes and hundreds of small businesses on COBX, but only several hundred full time residents and voters. The property owners who do not live and vote in the County needed a voice to County government.
CCA continues to serve as this voice to the County through our efforts to communicate to all residents and property owners items of interest in the County, to collect the views of those with a stake in COBX and to communicate these views to officials in County and State government.
